Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.

Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

Damages

Kueence will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Kueence accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Kueence may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Kueence accepts no responsibility for orders that are placed with incorrect addresses. If an error was made on the address you used, please contact us immediately to change it before your order gets shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can change your address, but the quicker you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make that change.

How long do I have to return my item? 

You have 45 days from the date of purchase. 

 


Can I exchange items?

You can simply exchange your item(s) by using our Online Returns Portal . You may also Contact Our Customer Care and email us your desired size and/or color. 



Prepaid Return Labels:
With limited exceptions, we are not able to provide prepaid return labels at this time; you are responsible for covering shipping return costs.


Additional Information on KCLOT's Online Return Policy? 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have original tags attached. There must be no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues or delays in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TuzoQi E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted.


 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-TuzoQi items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
